David Goloshchekin is a honoured musician of Russia, composer, jazz musician multi-instrumentalist, founder of the Philharmonic jazz music and its musical director.

His interest in jazz began when he was 15 years old when Goloshchekin was a scholar at the Leningrad Conservatory.
