Kirill Safin (Dancer)
Born in Kazan. In 2006 he graduated from the Moscow State Ballet Academy.
From 2006-2007 he trained at the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet.
Joined the Mariinsky Ballet Company in 2007.
His repertoire includes: La Sylphide
(Youths); Swan Lake (Spanish Dance, Pas de trois);
Chopiniana (Nocturne, Mazurka, Seventh Waltz) – choreography
by Michel Fokine; The Fountain of Bakhchisarai (Vaslav,
Youths); Romeo and Juliet (Pirate); ballets by George
Balanchine: La Valse, Symphony in C (IV Movement); In the
Night; The Nutcracker (Two Cossacks) – production by
Mihail Chemiakin, choreography by Kirill Simonov; Cinderella
(Autumn) – choreography by Alexei Ratmansky and Amour in the scene
The Shepherd’s Sincerity in the opera The Queen of Spades.
